The Cool Cloud Vaporizer – A Smokable Substitute
Cool Cloud Vapor is one of the companies offering flavored e-juice and liquid cigarettes. Now the U.S. Foods and Drug Management have issued warning letters to a further ten companies, including Cool Clouds Distribution Incorporated, (conducting business as Puff Bar) warning them to remove their alluring flavored disposable e-liquids and e-juice products from industry immediately because they don’t possess the correct premarket tobacco application set up. The FDA says it is aware that flavored e-liquids happen to be popular with young adults, but that young adults also need to be protected contrary to the over-selling of these products by adult consumers. Based on the FDA’s warning letters, a number of the e-liquids in question had no flavor; however, they were being offered accessible in candy bars disguised as a healthy snack.
Cool Cloud Vapor had marketed its e-liquid product as a dietary supplement and a sports drink. These statements were misleading, the FDA claims, because no FDA regulatory specifications or laws exist to modify dietary supplements and sports drinks. The company’s application for a non-prescription industry distribution label specifically stated that the product could possibly be used as a dietary supplement. It was not intended for use as a sports drink or an athletic supplement, based on the FDA.
Whenever a customer purchased Puff Bar, he / she should have understood that the merchandise was intended for the consumption of candies, not chewing gum, and that the tastes were added after the manufacturing process. In line with the FDA, Puff Bar included nicotine, propylene glycol, and a chemical substance known as atrazine, which are a harmful carcinogen. While the agency says that atrazine does not cause cancer, it is listed on the packaging because the ingredients that could cause the product to get misused, if ingested, by children, or somebody who shouldn’t be consuming the merchandise.
The FDA says that as the manufacturers did not include exact statements or warnings about the potential hazards of the product, the company’s product was misrepresented. An example of a misrepresentation would be that the product was designed for those who chew gum. Parents of small children would not elect to give their kids puff pubs as a snack. They would probably think that the product was more dangerous when compared to a candy bar. The only way to ensure that consumers usually do not become victims of false advertising and marketing would be to strictly regulate the development of e-liquids. Companies cannot use vague vocabulary or symbols on labels or product packaging that suggest that a product is acceptable for sale when it is not.
Puff Bar was one of the e-liquids manufactured by Cool Cloud Vapor Company. The company had other e-juice items including several premium brands, a couple of which had a range of what flavors do puff bars come in. When I purchased my Awesome Cloud Vaporizer, I was looking to purchase a product that didn’t have any flavorings inside it and therefore did not interest me. I was wrong.
Upon opening the box, I noticed that the puff container looked nearly the same as the container for a day to day cigarette. It also held a reasonably large amount of nicotine, which managed to get difficult to carry onto while smoking as the entire oral cavity of the disposable system was filled up with the whitish color of smoking. I looked at the ingredients record for Puff Bar and discovered that it contained a similar things that I have arrived at expect from most of Cool Cloud’s other items: acerola, mint, caramel, citrus, guarana, lemon, orange, peanut butter, raspberry, and wheat germ extract. The only real difference between the product and the other products was that product did not contain any flavorings.
After inserting the pre-filled pod device in to the baggie provided by Nice Cools Vaporizer, I pressed underneath of the mouthpiece carefully on my lips to begin smoking immediately. Immediately, my throat hit a nice warm spot on the back of my throat that was not present during smoking any traditional cigarettes. My next puff sent a hurry of flavor through my lips which lasted only for a second and my throat hit another hot spot that lasted just a couple of seconds. I exhaled slowly and gradually while my eyes scanned the room for any sign of smoke. No cigar, no pop-can, only ash.
After inhaling the first puff, my palate quickly filled up with sweet lemon juice, followed by a slight pepper to taste. Following the third puff I experienced a lovely and tangy flavor with a hint of bitterness. After the fourth puff I pointed out that the nicotine had settled nicely into my lungs, providing me all the nicotine I needed to complete the entire session without having to worry about obtaining a bad buzz from it.
